🤝 Member Organisation Onboarding

1. Application with the ACSO registration certificate and the latest audited accounts.
2. Due diligence: registration status, governance, and any donor debarment listing.
3. Membership committee recommendation.
4. Board approval and the first year's fee.

A member is in good standing when the fee is paid and the annual report has been submitted. Standing is checked before a member is included in a consortium application.
