Grade 10 complete with a 3rd grade driving licence held for at least 5 years. Clean driving record, basic vehicle maintenance skills, familiarity with regional road conditions in Amhara, Oromia and Sidama. Basic English; fluent Amharic.

- Salary and benefit package: ETB 9,500 — 12,000 per month
